This beautiful retreat includes a pottery program working with Yucatan clay, a glass fusion workshop in the artist’s studio, a day of weaving Yucatán henequen with a great textile artist, a market to table cooking class with a local chef, and many outings to traditional events and activities around the vibrant historic centre of downtown Mérida.
We'll be staying in a gorgeous luxury downtown house, within walking distance to downtown landmarks, restaurants, cafés and public markets. A generous breakfast every morning, snacks and beverage every afternoon, and plenty of time to chillax by the pool. We will be exploring the city on foot, walking 5 to 10km on most days (3 to 6 miles), so bring your best walking shoes!
