Politique de remboursement
Shaw Street Pottery Cancellation policy:
-If a registration for a booking, class, workshop, studio session and/or glazing session is cancelled by the client, 50% of the fee will be refundable only if the client cancels in writing (shawstreetpottery@gmail.com) at least 30 calendar days prior to the booking in question.
-If a registration for a booking, class, workshop, studio session and/or glazing session is cancelled by the client less than 30 calendar days prior to the booking in question, the fee is non refundable.
-If a booking, class, workshop, lesson, studio session or glazing session is cancelled by Shaw Street Pottery, it will be rescheduled. No refund will be issued.
-'Clay at Home' bookings and purchased packages are non-refundable.
LOCKDOWN MEASURES -Should in person studio services become prohibited or restricted by municipal and/or provincial pandemic safety measures, such as lockdown or other specific limitations in place, Shaw Street Pottery will suspend all in person studio programs until such measures and limitations are lifted, and until Shaw Street Pottery is ready to safely resume in person studio programs. So in such cases the services will simply be put on hold, the remaining classes, lessons or sessions will be postponed, and there will be no refund.
